Turkmenhowayollary Agency of the Transport and Communications Agency under the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan announces International tender to provide consulting services for the supervision of construction of a new International Airport Complex with a capacity of 100 passengers per hour in Jebel town of Balkan region in accord-ance with ICAO standards.
To participate in the tender you must:
1. Submit an application for participation in the tender to the Construction Con-trol and Ground Services Department of Turkmenhowayollary Agency at the follow-ing address: 326, Hero of Turkmenistan Atamurat Niyazov Avenue, Ashgabat, Turkmenistan, indicating the full name of the applicant, its work experience in this ar-ea, legal status and details, as well as attach thereto the applicant's incorporation documents, a power of attorney and a copy of the passport and contact telephone numbers of the applicant's representative;
2. After registration as a Bidder, pay the participation fee in the amount of USD 500 (including VAT). The invoice for participation fee payment will be issued when submitting a written application. Tender bid packages will be accepted for review only after receipt of money to the account of Turkmenhowayollary Agency;
3. The Tender Documents packages can be obtained at offices 437 or 417 of
Turkmenhowayollary Agency; Tender bid packages will be accepted from 16:00 to 18:00 of local time at offices 437 or 417 of Turkmenhowayollary Agency.
The deadline for submission of bids is September 17, 2021.
Bids received after the deadline specified above will not be accepted.
