Turkmenhowayollary Agency announces the international tender process for the design and turnkey construction of a new International Airport Complex with a capacity of 100 passengers per hour in Jebel urban- type settlement of Balkan velayat
To participate in the tender you must:
1. Submit an application for participation in the tender to the Construction Control and Ground Services Department of Turkmenhowayollary Agency at the address: 326, Hero of Turkmenistan Atamurat Niyazov Avenue, Ashgabat, Turkmenistan, indicating the full name of the applicant, its work experience in this area, legal status and details, as well as attach to it the applicant's incorporation charter documents, a power of attorney and a copy of the passport and contact telephone numbers of the applicant's representative;
2. Pay the participation fee for USD 500 (including VAT and excluding bank charges). An invoice for participation fee payment will be issued when submitting a written application. Tender bid packages will be accepted for consideration only after receipt of money to the account of Turkmenhowayollary Agency.
3. The Terms of Reference can be obtained in the office 437 or 417 of Turkmenhowayollary Agency;
Note: Applications and bids will not be accepted from companies registered in countries with offshore zones or having bank accounts in offshore zones.
Tender bid packages will be accepted from 16:00 to 18:00 of local time in the office 437 or 417 of Turkmenhowayollary Agency;
The deadline for submission of bids is July 09, 2021.
Bids received after the deadline specified above will not be accepted.
