In order to educate young national personnel under the Turkmenhovaellary Agency of the Ministry of Industry and Communications of Turkmenistan, there is an aviation personnel training school that aims to provide initial training, retraining and advanced training of aviation personnel in accordance with international standards. For the training of pilots in the school for the training of aviation personnel, 2 units of DIAMOND-40NG aircraft and 2 units of DIAMOND-42NG were purchased.
Over the past 5 years, 8 aircraft have been purchased, for the needs of the national carrier of Turkmenistan, 6 units of Boeing 737-800 passenger aircraft and 2 Boeing 777-200LR units have been acquired.
There is the Medical Service of Civil Aviation of Turkmenistan - it is part of Turkmenistan’s health care and a structural subdivision of the Turkmenhovoellary Agency of the Ministry of Industry and Communications of Turkmenistan, whose purpose is to provide medical and psychological aspects of safe flight operations.
